What is ArcView?
ArcView GIS is a desktop geographic information system (GIS) that
allows you to organize your data, ask questions of your data using digital maps, and
create new geographic data from your data. ArcView empowers users, either stand-alone or
networked, to ask and answer questions of their databases and maps.
